After dealing with rough shifting in my Ford Maverick for about a year, I finally decided to take it to Bob Utter Ford after seeing all the great reviews about their service department. It was about a 2-hour drive for me, but it was absolutely worth it.
The dealership where I originally bought my truck kept giving me the runaround and never solved the issue. The team at Bob Utter Ford was the complete opposite. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to actually diagnose the problem instead of brushing it off.
It turns out all my Maverick needed was a software update, and now it’s shifting perfectly. I really appreciate that they took the time to find the actual issue and fix it correctly.

I would like to say my experience at Bob Utter was amazing! Skyler was my salesperson and she was great! She was not high pressured, she worked with me over the phone so I did not have to drive 75 miles out to waster time.
When I got there the vehicle I thought I wanted was not what I wanted and she worked diligently to find one I am very happy with. Despite some financial chaos that was a surprise to all. She and the fiance manager stuck it out and we came to a better deal than I could imagine! If anyone lives in the DFW area I recommend the drive up to Sherman to deal with Bob Utter folks!
