We’ve never worked with a worse company than this one. They don’t follow through and when they do, it’s wrong. We simply needed a mailing address corrected and a name change and after calls and emails it got messed up even worse! The agent said the current policy was paid up to date and that he would write a new policy with all the correct information. We did as he said and before we knew it we were referred to a collection agency! Never have we been treated this way. We are very diligent about our financials and take care of business in a timely matter. Don’t use this company.

Very rude smokers in the parking lot. basically white trash. They hire the WORST secretaries. I was alienated before i could get inside to buy insurance. had I first spoken to a professional I might have spent the money there. I can't do business with people like that.
