Horrible at paying bills, medical, dental and chiropractor. I only have been with them since 11/2025 and still unable to get bills paid from December 2025. The will not communicate directly with Dr's office saying they can only receive incoming calls.

Complete and utter trash. God awful customer service. These people would rather see you in the ninth circle of hell than give you the help you need. The most simple request comes across as advanced calculus. Giving them one star is generous.
