Misty was great to work with, especially through the trials and tribulations we went through together from my CC bank. We even had 3 way calls (myself, the CC bank and Misty) where the insurance purchase/transaction was approved by the bank live on the phone only to have it again and again fail to go through. Totally the banks fault, so I had enough and applied a different CC/Bank. Misty was patient and understanding and from the very beginning in revierwing all 3 policies, Misty was alaways serving all our insurance needs in our best interest. Note that my "checked box" on the pricing of insurance being "Overpriced" has nothing to do with the Charles Osburn agency; it's the industry in general. I feel we are paying for everyone elses shortcomings and irresponsibilities as well as major natural disasters that do not affect us like forest fires and tornadoes. In the case of floods like we see in the Houston area from time to time (like Harvey), we had/paid and continue to have/pay for flood insurance.
