Do not like the fact that what I could do online cannot be done anymore due to updates that have been made to my account. BP FCU does not want to pay American workers a decent wage, so they hire contractors overseas whose salaries are a lot less, but as contractors it's considered "cost of doing business" which makes it a tax deduction. So much corporate greed.

I feel moved to post a review because Mercy Z provided such excellent member service. I called BPFCU on 9/11/23 to tell them that my credit card was going to expire 10/23 and that I needed to order another one as soon as possible because I am leaving to go on vacation on 9/23/23 AND that I had gotten married and my name had changed. Mercy told me what documentation I needed to send her in order to change my name. I emailed her the required docs and I asked her if she could have the card expedited to me. She told me that they don't usually do that and that it would take 7 to 10 business days to receive. I told her that maybe if it was sent normal delivery it would arrive before I leave (fingers crossed). Low and behold, I received my card via FEDEX on Friday, 9/15/23, within 4 days! Thank you, Mercy! You are such an asset to BPFCU!
