Ms. Saenz also followed up regarding the emails I had been receiving from my lender concerning insurance coverage. She asked that I forward the email to her so she could review and resolve the matter, and she kept me informed throughout the process. She later contacted me to confirm that the issue had been addressed and that I should no longer receive further emails from the lender.
