From Day One Ebony has been my ROCK!!!!! She really cares about her clients and will go far and beyond for her clients. She got me on the best insurance that suits my needs and I was able to keep my same doctors that I’ve been with since 2017. Anytime I had a concern she would do the leg work for me when most people would tell you to just call the customer service number on your insurance card. If I had an issue with my prescriptions she would say all she needs is the authorization to speak for me and will get everything I needed done for me. And she doesn’t say give me a day or two and I’ll call you back. She would literally take the time to do it and get back to you in a couple of hours and the problem would be solved. And she’s been this way ever since I’ve been her client which has been about three years. I wish everyone would be this way. Because she really cares about her clients and the proof is in the pudding. She’s not in it for the money she’s in it because she simply cares about you and that’s what this world needs. They really are nice. They frequently come to the Dallas Transitional living center halfway house. They signed me up for insurance and the guy promised me id pay $0 for medications and $0 for PCP visits but I quickly found out that is not the case. I called the insurance company and they told me id have to pay $3 for 30 day generic meds. However the pharmacy insists I pay them 53.64 for 6 prescriptions and insists that ambetter did cover the difference. I made it very clear to the person signing me up for insurance that I have 0 income and won't for a while and was assured it was not an issue but now I can't get my prescriptions from the pharmacy unless I pay 53.64 and they're telling me they're going to put the prescriptions back in a few days. I desperately need my meds and don't do well without them at all. I now fear I'll end up in the hospital for a long time again because of this situation. The pharmacy at Metro care services obviously doesn't care either. I also have severe depression and anxiety issues and can't get my prescriptions and feel absolutely terrible and can't do anything about it. I also recently learned that there is another fella here dealing with the same exact issue.
