Asked for liability and uninsured/underinsured motorist. Agent quoted us a price. Appx $1000 / year. She wrote a policy and charged $197 per month for 12 months. She charged this to my dad's bank card on a recurring monthly debit. When asked about the rate she said she would check into the additional amount. The owner said she would write another policy but did not offer to give back the first bank card debit. We left and went to a reputable agency. After getting the new policy with another agency we went back Appx 30 min later to get my dad's money back. When questioned Debra McCann said the home office would mail a check to my dad the following Monday. It's Friday and still no refund. They are not listed with BBB or we would have filed a complaint with them. Sad when your mistakes affect a 90 year old citizen and you don't try to correct your mistakes.
