Loyal customer and brought my Tahoe in for a specific issue/sound with brakes. After inspection was told they could not find any issues. Sent video of the sound brakes were making after releasing Ebrake. Then was told I need new rear brakes to fix the issue. 400 dollars later I still have the issue and after speaking with the service leader was told that is just how the new Tahoe brakes sounds. Nothing can be done. So did I really need new brake because that didnt solve my problem. A 2 year old 80k Tahoe should not be making this type of noise and being told that just the way it is, is ridiculous. I feel like I was screwed over and probably didnt even need new brakes. Will not be returning for service or to purchase another vehicle

I was traveling through DFW to a family funeral and experienced a breakdown. I was bareky able to drive the vehicle into DFW and stopped at two other dealerships ro try to get diagnoses and repaired and they stated a two week lead time even before being diagnosed. Enter Ethan of service who took the vehicle in, committed to getting me back on the road and even through the Christmas break he maintained wonderfully professional communication and got the vehicle repaired within two business days. Hats off to Ethan for going the extra mile for us!
