This man, Carlos, made me lose days of work, money, and time. He fixed a bond title for a client for over $1,000 because his truck title had been stolen. I don't know what happened, but he did it using my truck's VIN, and when I went to get my registration, I couldn't because someone else had already done it. I went to several courts and other places, and they couldn't help me because I don't live in Houston. I found the person who had the same title, and his truck was the same year, but it had a different VIN, a different color, and a different body style. He told me how it happened, and Mr. Carlos knew because he sold him the insurance with the correct VIN. When he went for inspection, he changed the VIN on the insurance so it would pass. This is so you can carefully check your paperwork and not be fooled. Thank God, after almost four months, I was finally able to fix my title.
