Don’t believe the fake reviews. This company filed someone else’s lien on my home in an entirely different county in error. Yet, What they have refused to correct the error they made. They caught the mistake 7 years ago apparently and never notified me as the home owner. They filed to correct it for the other party but not for me in my county. For over a month at least, they have neglected to respond to all attempts at communication from my loan officer, from my new title company and from the new lender for the other party. They responded to me finally last week saying they consider the matter resolved. Meanwhile, my life is on hold. If I were selling my home the contract would have been lost. NONE of this was my fault nor my mistake.

The worst experience ever. NO ONE ever answers the phone and you be lucky to get a call back or a response plus zero competence of the industry...not sure how they are in business!!!

Horrible company. I will NEVER close with them. We closed on Friday. They had lender funding authorization on Friday. They had cashier's check with cash-to-close. It is Monday 12:30pm and we are not funded. I emailed and called 3 times and there is NO ONE to update or talk to me.!!!! Shelby, the closer, did not even take the time to update us or return my calls. REDICOULOS !!!!!!
