Total lack of transparency. I spent nearly an hour with Trey Dees reviewing quotes, only to have the auto policy come back at more than double the price we discussed. It felt like the goal was just to lock me into a homeowners policy, not to build the long-term, trustworthy relationship you should expect from an insurance broker. Trey Dees is an amazing insurance broker. From the moment I called to shop insurance with him, he has held my hand through the process every step of the way. I came from another insurance brokerage company where I had to call a 1-800 number and never got through to my broker because that person changed so much. With Trey Dees that is never an issue. I am so grateful to have the same person each time and a number I can text or call at any time. He even called to check on me on his vacation when we had a house fire.
