Fair prices, clean location on site. 2 issues here, and it’s not the storage facility’s fault. 1. The road for access, tubular road has more potholes than asphalt, so, be careful driving on it. 2. There is a gravel quarry just to the north and when the wind blows in from the north, it dumps a lot of dust on the rv. Like I said, not the storage place fault, just the environment around it.

I’ve had a storage unit here for more than two years and have had no problems whatsoever. The facility is always in great shape. They keep the grounds mowed and clean of debris. One of the great advantages is the 24-7 access. You can go in and prepare whatever you need for you work day or trip and not wait for a gate time to allow you in or get locked in. The property manager is friendly and always available to help or answer questions. The security is top notch and since they are in the Katy city limits the local police patrol the area frequently. I’ve been in many facilities and this is the best one I’ve ever been in.
