This Title Company is amazing. All the staff was courteous and really made us feel comfortable. As soon as we walked in Mrs. Sofia greeted us with snacks and refreshments. Waiting time was a few minutes. They handed us to Mrs. Vela for our closing and it went very smooth. Mrs. Vela already had all the paperwork ready and organized. After explaining everything to us in detail, our signatures followed and before we knew it, we were done. With copies of the contract, the property Keys, a beatiful plant gifted to us from Mrs. Vela and a basket of full of goodies from Mrs. Regina Vallejo (our highly recommended realtor), we were on our way to our new property.
