I've been going to them on and off since 2010, I'm done. They have good prices but no professionalism. I bring in my new girlfriend so we can insure our cars together, the old man kept on about my ex, he made my gf feel really uncomfortable. My policy has lapsed because no one answered the phone to make a payment for a week now. I'm not reinstating my policy with them now or ever again. I'll never suggest them to anyone else ever again.
