For years I was served by Mr. Martín Castro, who supposedly always offered me the best insurance rates and was very attentive while I was accepting his offers. When I disagreed and lost my cancellation, he became disrespectful and didn't answer my calls. I received an email with an exorbitant amount I had to pay. I asked him for an explanation, and he said he would get back to me later, but he never did. Today I told him how sad it was to see that while I was a client and accepting the rates he offered, he was very kind, and now that I requested cancellation, he was behaving this way. I thought I might have considered returning to his services, but with this attitude, I realize how terrible his service is.
