Don't fall into any financial trouble while living in one of their rent houses, they cannot work with you at all. I've been here for over 10 years and they never came over and fixed anything in the last two, so I wasn't able to get a roommate because of that until I fixed one room up myself. Now they're threatening to evict me because they didn't have the decency to tell me their maintenance team couldn't come over for several months. Don't rent from Central Texas Castles unless you have a stable two person income - and can tolerate late or non-existent home repairs. Honestly I wish I could post this with no stars.

Had numerous issues from the start. Never wanted to fix any of the issues they claimed they would when we moved in. AC and heater never got fixed. The people are extremely rude. We got fed up and gave them our move out notice and thought we’d washed our hands. While applying for a new home. We discover they said we owed them money wouldn’t tell me for what only that it’s in collections. I contacted them and offered to make it right but I was unaware of what we could possibly owe them as we had made all our payments and had renters insurance. They refused to answer and forced me to call collections. The collections company doesn’t even answer and the charge doesn’t show anywhere not even on my credit report. So upset with this company.

I have been a client going on two years now and I am very pleased with their management services. For example, after a night of thunderstorms, I had two big trees branches break off and ending up in my front yard and snapping electric lines.. I called the leasing office at 8:00am and by 8:25 office manager was at my house assessing what needs to be done to fix the situation. Central Texas Castles went above and beyond and by the swift action they took, expresses how much their clients mean to them. Thank you Central Texas Castles, y’all are great!!!
