Our agent, loan officer and ourselves all found these folks to be unresponsive and failed to follow through unless prompted. Voice messages were left, phone calls were made and still we had to reach out to them to get them to move on things.
I had to return a cashiers check by priority mail to be re-issued to the correct recipient. They sat on it for a full business week. I called in the middle of the week and left a voice message and received no response. I called four days later and was told the assistant was not in yet and they would call me back when they got there to give me an update. No return call. I called back got the assistant directly who said they had already returned the check via FedEx. I asked for the tracking number and gave her my email address. No response. I call back 20 minutes later asking if she had sent me that email with the tracking number because I couldn’t find it. I was told she had put a note on her desk to send that email to me, but she had been called into a closing meeting. I guess the closing meeting was pretty short because she sent the email shortly after with the tracking number included. I look up the tracking number and the number had just been filed and the package had not even been picked up by FedEx yet. So much for already sent. I recommend if you do business with these people do it through email only so you have written records of all communication. Better yet find someone else.

My father, Robert J. “Bob” Little, passed away in 1986, and his estate is part of the probate record in Gregg County that anyone can verify. After his house was sold this year, I reviewed the records and found a broken chain of title because it had been sold unlawfully out of the estate. I contacted Central Title after the sale to bring this serious defect to their attention, but they refused to take my claim and have ignored my calls and emails. Because of their refusal to act, I have no choice but to cloud the title until this is corrected, which means that house is not insurable.A title company’s job is to prevent these issues, yet they have failed to do so
but they are ignoring me.
That house is my inheritance. My 1/3 share has grown to almost 500000. They won't be able to sell this house until I am paid. I can wait though because it's accruing 6% interest every day. It's $8000 a year in interest. I'm won't be ignored they have no choice than to settle.

It was okay, not friendly, but not unfriendly. If you want all business, this is the spot for you. If you want some frills and a little chit chat and conversation, maybe pick another spot.
