This place is a SCAM, very UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPLEASANT environment and very SKECHY. My first impression of the whole place is unpleasant and uncomfortable I experienced one agent and manager yelling across the room in a rude manner. I would like to say that their agent ISELA she made several mistakes in our initial meeting. And she has no patience when you ask her to explain why you’re double paying in your first month. She is a not reliable person. She was not able to explain to me the full terms and conditions of the policy I was getting. My policy was cancel without a proper explanation. My policy was paid in full for the month of February and still was cancel. If you are looking to get a new insurance please don’t go here. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this. I believe what’s right is right and wrong is wrong and this is not an ethical place. MANAGER BRENDA needs a class of customer service, instead of blaming your NEW agent, learned to have integrity, empathy, compassion and accountability for the customers. The way she called me very hostile, interrupting me, is not the way to handle any situation specially when it was not my fault that my policy was cancel. 0/5 stars. Wish you the best I hope you change your work ethics and not scam more people.
