Was told by Marisella on 7/2 that my renewal was going up $30.00. Told her that was too high so my renewal was due on the 25th but she would call me back by the 15th with a cheaper quote. She never did. This is a company that doesnt return calls or answer their phones so I had to go with another agency that offered me rates of what I was paying originally and for a 12 month not 6 month policy and then they have had the nerve to call me 2 nights in a row after I called them for 10 days and they didnt answer. They are overpriced, have bad business ethics and are all around rotten people to deal with. And on top of that, I got an email tonight they were renewing my policy. I called them and guess what? No answer just a machine asking me to leave a message and they will call me back.....not.
