Last year Jason Chapman helped me by putting together an insurance package for my home cleaning company and saved me a lot of money. This year, when I reached out for information regarding renewals of coverage, my calls were not returned and emails were returned late with partial answers to my questions. In the middle of working on adding additional coverage I needed quickly, I received an email stating that Jason was "no longer involved in day to day operations" and told to "Please seek a new insurance broker." Okay, that would be fine if we had not been in the middle of finalizing a deal for the new coverage, but you don't just dump a client via email in the middle of a deal, then stop responding to their calls, messages and texts. I was not handed off to another associate of Chapman Insurance or referred to another broker, just unceremoniously dropped in the dust. That is highly unprofessional behavior and I am left floundering. Despite their happy "fairy tale story" on their website, my experience is you cannot trust this company.
