Jody sold this company to Starr Insurance I guess about a year ago and TODAY 6/19/19, I get a notice from Wells Fargo that my home owners insurance policy canceled on 6/12/19, NO NOTICE, NO CALL, NOTHING, I called their number and got a lady in Louisiana that said she would look into it and call me back but that Starr handled Texas policies. Good thing I didn’t wait and found Jody’s cell number, I called her, told her what happened and she went out of her way sick and all with a viral infection in her lungs and got me covered before tonight’s storms. Sad thing is we didnt have time to shop it to get better quotes because someone dropped the ball, I’m wondering how many other customers this happened to, and it’s 6:01 pm, and no one else called me back BUT JODY. I will be looking for another insurance company after this.
