Run do not walk from this joke of a business. I've been dealing with Dennis and the office for 2 months with absolutely no progress and the same circle of bs.

They were a no show after we had an appointment scheduled. I called again and was told I would be called back to set up an appointment, I never got called back. 3rd call, no results. After they know your area or address, they determine if you are worthy of their services but they don't inform you of this, they just ghost you. I believe they wouldn't service me because either I had a mobile home or because of the area. It is sad when there are limited options in a rural areas such as this to have a company shut you out like that for no good reason. I think they are overwhelmed with their customer base and rather than hire more employees, they turn away whoever doesn't fit their mold.

This is the worst run business. I called the 4 months ago. Spent money on a design plan. Called repeatedly. They would never call me back. Finally got an estimate. Lousy excuses as to why no response. I agreed to price. Two months later we are still waiting. Diane in the front office cannot make a move or say anything without Chester. What a joke. If and when they call guess what....We don't need your excuses and service. Good luck with any future customers.
