We are new customers of Christi James, moving into the state last year. Christi handles most of our insurance needs and as such, sold us a property casualty home policy. Shortly thereafter, an unfortunate hail storm damaged our roof, resulting in a claim. When the adjuster evaluated the roof, he told us we had the best policy for that company and we were fully covered without reservation. I was so grateful to Christi, realizing she was responsible for so adequately taking care of us.
