In November our mortgage on our home was change so I had to change information to new company. I called just once and got an answer from a real person not from a machine prompting to push buttons. I had policies with Bill at Christian Insurance nearly ten years ago and even after all that time I remember the personal, high quality service I received. Part of the time I was living overseas and when I needed to make changes to my home owners policy Bill and his team went out of their way to work with me and accommodate my needs. Now that I live out of the area permanently I have often bemoaned the fact that I can’t find a company that treats me like Christian Insurance did. Recently I had need of a copy of the policy on my Magnolia house so I called Bill. After all these years he remembered me and was able to get me what I needed.
