These people are pathetic. Upper management is a joke. Even when there's 1 caller ahead of me it takes over 30 min to speak to someone. Does anyone even work there?? Doesn't matter when I call or leave a voicemail. I never get anyone to answer and they never call back. In fact, I'm on hold now and its been 42 minutes, this is my 11th attempt this week. You people are dealing with customer's insurance and need to take it seriously. If I'm relying on your company to take pics of my property to continue insurance, why the heck do you take weeks, thus risking cancellation to your customers' policies?? Must be in cahoots with other agencies so they don't have to pay out. Absolutely unacceptable.

Scammers! This company is not to be trusted! There used by insurance companies to make bogus home inspections to jack up insurance premiums through the roof! They will also make you uninsurable until you make these unnecessary repairs on your property that will cost you tens of thousands of dollars! These so called "professionals" dont even do legit real inspections by only using poorly zoomed in pictures of random "things" all for the purpose of failing you so you can get scammed by other companies. They do this specifically for Farmers Insurance that I know of!
