No customer service after hours and very hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone during working hours. I had a concern about not being notified about my debt card being reissued which caused two return payment fees. When I brought this issue up to their leadership she laughed at me on the phone and provided no assistance or reason why my debt card was reissued. Poor customer service experience
