They will lie about your claim. They will refuse to disclose actual damage to the insurance then claim it can be fixed by an insanely low amount. They photographed damages then neglected to include that damage to the insurance. This company is the worst company i have ever heard of. Do NOT trust this company. They are dishonest and manipulative.

Just wanted to thank Dan Burrow for his professionalism. He did a re-inspection on a hail/wind damage claim for us. I don't even know the outcome yet, but I was impressed with his thorough inspection of our property, his prompt arrival and returning calls when he said he would. He also got his report into my adjuster very quickly! He was personable and friendly! He truly listened to our concern and need for the job to be done asap due to a pending sale/closing of our property and went out of his way to get us rescheduled when rain delayed the inspection twice, and came on a Sunday. All of which is much more than the previous 2 inspectors I worked with! Great job!
