I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about my experience with Clear Edge Title. Dawn was incredibly thorough and communicative from start to finish. She consistently kept me informed, clearly explained each step, and followed up promptly whenever anything was needed. Her attention to detail and steady communication made the entire process feel far more manageable and much less stressful.
On top of that, she was a pleasure to work with—always professional, approachable, and genuinely supportive. I truly appreciated her help and wanted to make sure her efforts were recognized.

Unfortunately, the lender chose this company not me. I have never seen a company that has so much trouble communicating, I have never seen a title company that I have to keep pointing out the laws to, and what has to be done and that when something has been completed you don't have to wait or do it again. I actually asked them if they had a real attorney that worked there since I obviously knew more about the legal aspects of my title and the law than the rep did. As much as they talked in circles and never give a straight answer, I seriously doubt we will ever get anywhere.
Kind of concerning when you send them the actual law and they still can't seem to understand it. Can't wait to see what tomorrow's emails will hold for me, I will update this as it goes.

We refinanced back in December, and as part of the deal, they were supposed to pay my property taxes. A few months later, I received a delinquent notice from my MUD stating that the taxes hadn’t been paid. I found out they had sent the payment to the wrong entity. They had me sign a document so the county could issue me a refund and told me it would take 30–45 days. I ended up paying the taxes myself while waiting for that refund.
Thank goodness I followed up with the county, because this company certainly won’t do it for you. I found out the refund wasn’t being processed because I need authorization from ClearEdge Title for the county to release my money to me. My contact person (a VP) didn’t even have the courtesy to return my call or email me back. They just told my loan officer that the check would be mailed to my address.
Fast forward to April 30, and I just found out from the county that they are not sending the check to me after all, it will be sent to ClearEdge Title. Again, this entire issue was caused by their mistake, yet they show no concern about resolving it or taking accountability.
