Closing was delayed repeatedly, and once scheduled and given the go-ahead, it was pushed back again. Scheduled for 1:00, pushed back to 1:30. At 1:00, told it was pushed back to 2:30. Then we weren't told anything, just sat in the office waiting and waiting and waiting. At 5:15, we were finally able to sign papers. We stood around the counter in the title office, no accommodations made for us to sit or any room made for us to sign at the counter. I had to shove newspapers and other random items out of the way to make room to sign the legal-size documents. The woman who conducted the closing was brusque and unfriendly. The other 2 young ladies in the office were very friendly and did their best to see that we were attended to. After waiting for over 4 hours (not to mention the 3-hour drive up there and back), the signing process took less than 10 minutes. Very shoddy business practices.

We arrived for our closing after a two and half hour drive to be told they had to delay the closing for half an hour. An hour later it was delayed again. That time also passed with out notice. Finally, four hours after our appointment we were allowed to close. The person doing the closing for us we should not have scheduled the closing for that day. We were not the party who scheduled the closing, they were. We signed our few documents as sellers and were told they would send the documents to the lender the following morning for funding. Closed a land trade in this office. It was an extremely smooth transaction from start to finish. Every staff member we dealt with was professional, courteous and prompt. If needed, we will complete any transaction in the future at CCAC.
