I called for a quote today, and the woman I spoke with, was rude, disrespectful, and overall unprofessional due to her, making negative comments. In other words, her people skills sucked. I am sure that this place has good quality prices and has helped a lot of people out. However and when desperately needing somebody to work for you, the owner should take his time to hire someone who has positive-quality customer service skills and appreciates that she has a job.

There is absolutely no reason I should have been passed over my 6 people that’s came in after me. With a crying baby. Mati took EVERYONE over me, put took everyone else that walked though that door.

Poor customer service. I came in to the Mineral Wells office with my Service Animal. I always carry her paperwork with me. The lady said, "Get that nasty hound out of here." She advised me that they didn't allow dogs in the office. #1: I advised the black female that I had papers on her that she is a Service Animal. #2: I advised her that even if my dog was not a Service Animal there was no signs stating no animals allowed. I had to advise her that not only was my Service Animal allowed by federal law, she was going to treat me with some respect. The female was rude the whole time. I dropped low cost and went with another company that employed educated people.
