Commonwealth Title of Houston and their Escrow Officer, Dallas are Great. Never consider going anywhere else. I have done several closings with Commonwealth in the past with no issues and always had things run smoothly. However, on my most recent transactions (buy/sell), the other parties elected to go with different Title Companies and I can say from experience that not all Title Companies are created equal. Long story, but I came to appreciate the accuracy, timeliness, professionalism, communication, knowledge, and focus on customer service that Commonwealth Title and especially their Escrow Officer, Dallas, and his staff exhibit. Not that I originally wanted to go anywhere else, but after my experience with two other title companies, I know I was working with the best to begin with. Going somewhere else, I've tasted the "greener grass" and it's not so sweet.
