Very frustrating weekend. I understand they are renovating their online banking, but I can't access anything. I wish I was told I wouldn't have access to my account all weekend. I've tried getting my account balance at the ATM at the CBT bank, and ive tried at a convenience store ATM, but it always gives some kind of error message. So now I'm stuck not knowing if my deposits went through, and I have no way to contact anybody by phone since it's the weekend. So, so frustrating.

since My husband and I have gotten married, we’ve been in the battle of the banks with whose bank is better. His choice is community for the simple reason it’s the bank his job uses. However, I find that they are extremely outdated for 2019. If you lose a debit card- it takes 5-10 business days to be mailed another one. At (my) current bank I can walk in and get one immediately. At Community if you need to get a hold of someone on the phone you have to leave a message to be called back within the next business day. At my current bank we have a 24 hour line. At community the bank app is slow, and it only says what you spent but not where you spent it at. For me these things are a must have- just hoping one day community steps their game up. They are operating on a dated server.

I believe the staff at CB&T are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They are here for their customers. They give undivided attention when customers meet with a teller, loan officer and/or trust officer. ✔️✔️ Thanks for serving Central Texas and also the schools.
