Opened up an account today with Amber ! She is outstanding in customer service and very friendly! I didn't get the other lady's name that sits in the small desk in the front, but she is very pleasant as well !

By far the worst Saturday service I’ve ever had. This is the second week in a row bad service from the same teller/supervisor Daniel well at the least that is what the other teller told me her name was. Last week I pulled up to make a cash deposit. Put my money in the shuttle pressed the call button wait at least 10 to 15 mins car after car comes and goes no service pressing the call button multiple times. When Daniel answers can I help you with nothing but attitude even my wife that was on the phone with was asking what her problem was. I simply told her I was wanting to make a deposit she again with even more attitude told me I needed to push the call button. I told her I had then said she had nothing saying that I had. I was like ok makes since maybe the bottom isn’t working correctly. Then this week the same story and lucky me I got the same teller/ supervisor with the same attitude same story except I was in a different lane. Also was called a liar with her saying the button has worked for everyone else. Anyways I well be calling Monday and speaking with the branch manager because I won’t be dealing with being called a liar every Saturday.

I live in Dallas but work in Corscicana and needed a second bank for my direct deposit. I have only been with this bank for 5 months and so far they have treated me so well. I have nothing but Positive things to say about this bank. The employees are so Welcoming and the customer service has been superb!!! If your needing a good trust worthy bank, don’t hesitate to give them a call. One happy Customer. :)
