Doesn’t get any worse than these folks. Their inspector was sent to review a roof we completed and claims we didn’t install ridge vent. Lucky for me I save the pictures of each job we do and also it’s easy to tell a ridge vent from inside the attic and standing on the roof. Clark Kirby is incompetent and due to his false report and accusations we will be moving forward with a legal proceeding towards this company. They put me in hot water with dept of consumer protection where I had to show evidence of their false report so I could be vindicated. This caused harm to my business and reputation unfortunately. Beware if these folks are on your property. Below are pictures of the false report and pictures indicating the ridge vent cut and material we installed to meet building codes.

This company gave me an incorrect phone number. The nice woman whose phone I called told me they have been giving out her number for years. This concerns me; does the company not care enough about my business to give me the correct contact number?

This company hires inexperienced (young kids) adjusters to inspect your property. Harvey damaged our home and they sent out someone who knew nothing about new construction.
