Excellent work ethic, very professional. Amparo helped me get my tax returns for several years I had not claimed. My situation was a disaster, The IRS wasn’t able to confirm my withholdings, I made the wrong choice to adquiere some health insurance that affected my tax return on some years, I was behind on reporting my taxes etc a total mess Not only did Amparo have the patience to deal with my disaster but she took the time to call the IRS several times, waiting on the phone for hours trying to figure out ways to fix my situation. Little by little she helped and guided my family to get the documents needed to get the best results possible. I was able to get credits from past years I didn’t even know I could still get. After some extensive research in looking for a reliable tax preparer, I came to Compass Tax knowing I had A LOT of work to do, as my previous tax preparers were not very dependable. I gave Amparo a chance, and it turned out to be the best decision I ever made. It turns out my previous years taxes going back almost 5 years weren’t filed, and all along I assumed that they were getting done. Amparo spent nearly 5 hours with me fixing everything (one of those hours we were on the phone with the IRS), she walked me through my taxes explaining everything along the way, and even gave me tax advice.
