Your company is an absolute insult to the entire insurance world and I am shocked that you are allowed to do business in the great state of Texas. We were sitting still pumping gas and your "insured" turned into the pump next to us and went down the passenger side of our vehicle with her front bumper. That was over a month ago and nobody will return a phone call, send an adjuster or do anything to get this resolved and apparently there is nobody in a position of authority in your company at all according to your staff. Reading reviews across the internet and BBB, this seems to be a consistent issue with your company. You won't read bad reviews on their social media though. They don't allow reviews on their page and if you comment to their post, they just block you. I intend to make it my personal mission to inform the public about you, make sure Costco knows what true garbage they are selling and involve the state board of insurance.

If I could give 0 starts, I would. I was hit by a driver insured by you. I have emailed and called this company several times about reimbursing me for my son's medical bill and have heard nothing. I have never experienced anything like this in regards to working with an insurance company after an accident. Awful, Awful, Awful experience.
