Connie and the young lady working with her when I came to her office in Kilgore were welcoming, happy to answer questions, and quick in getting to work finding me coverage for my 18 wheeler, and on short notice. She still treats people who are not necessarily wealthy or influential with respect and shows them she is indeed happy to be of service to them . They always responded quickly when called on with questions I had or when I needed help otherwise.
