They'll have a fun time trying to sell an empty storage unit

Gated/completely fenced in. Code required. Lock and Key/Electronic lock options available. Security cameras inside and out. Autopay available. Apparently, you can rent-fill-empty a unit, start to finish, without ever speaking to or coming into contact with another human, if that's what you prefer. Amazing.
