I don't leave negative reviews lightly, but my experience with this agency was extremely disappointing. When we purchased our homeowners insurance, we trusted them to help us obtain appropriate coverage and to advocate for us if we ever had to file a claim. Unfortunately, when our home suffered a major loss, that was not our experience. Throughout the claims process, I felt unsupported. Rather than helping us navigate the claim or advocating on our behalf, the agency consistently defended the insurance company's handling of our claim, even when we had serious concerns. At one point, their own legal counsel suggested that we consider speaking with an attorney regarding our situation, yet the agency continued to maintain that the insurance company had treated us fairly. My advice is simple: read your policy carefully, ask detailed questions about your coverage before you buy, and make sure you understand exactly what is and isn't covered. Don't assume your insurance agency will actively advocate for you if a significant claim arises. This was by far the worst insurance experience I've ever had, and I would not choose this agency again.
