I have been with Cooper for over a year now and never had any issues. I added a vehicle on my policy and was quoted "$0" then later the company wants a deposit without my knowledge. I didnt receive notification whatsoever from Cooper or Safeway, now Im facing cancelation due this and neither company wants to be accountable. Time to take my business elsewhere.
