Terrible customer service! I was giving this title company a 2nd chance on another one of our closings. Never again! Owners were rude again offering no solution to make the customer happy except telling me to go shop around. mistakes on closing stmts both times plus they have the highest escrow closing fee in town. If i hadn’t caught the error on the title policy fee, i would have overpaid by at least $1,000. Owner definitely didn’t care that they would lose both mine & my families future business. I moved my file over to Capital Title, and I’m getting friendly service over there already plus lower fees.

They get names wrong, have no ability to problem solve and push their work off on their clients. They are arrogant and unresponsive to requests. I would not let them insure a title to a toy car. Thank goodness we fired them and went with a much better title company.
