We rented a U-Haul from Crest Self Storage. Even though I was using the app to pick up the truck, the customer service at the location was fantastic. I was able to do most of the online pick up in the comforts of their air conditioned lobby. The truck itself worked great and the return was simple. Would definitely rent from this location again.

Awesome staff at Crest Self Storage off West Round Grove in Lewisville! I love great customer service. If you treat me nice with respect and on top of that friendly with me, then you got me for LIFE. LOL. Both the managers here are great people. They were all of that and a bag of chips. 4Real. Genuinely good people. I stopped in this morning to rent a small truck for a few hours, the female manager was right on top of it. The male manager was very helpful and friendly and respectful. I love that in a man. The both made a last minute need easy and smooth. I even got a credit back for not needing the appliance dolly that I had rented. That thing was too heavy for me and I didn't know the small trucks didn't have ramps. So, I couldn't use that monster dolly. I highly recommend anyone to Crest for all your moving, storage, and UHaul needs. I just rented a Uhaul truck so I don't know anything about the storage units but I am sure they are great too!
