I received a very, very troubled call from Mr. Crites himself, he was explaining medical test results and pretending to not know the terms. It was embarrassingly unprofessional and I suspect that he may have been violating my medical privacy by making that call. I'm sure many within his office could hear the call and the way he was stumbling over the medical terms on purpose. As an insurance professional with many, many years in the health insurance industry, he does know those medical conditions and he surely knows what they mean to me and to the underwriters at the various insurance companies. Grossly unprofessional, possible HIPPA law violating and degrading conduct from this man.
