This company is hired by insurance companies to minimize pay outs. They then outsource the claim to some no name person who will happily play dumb. If you are an insurance agency considering using this company to manage claims, don't. Their service, speed and transparency is so bad, many of us having our cases handled by then have opted for a public adjustor.

This company does the minimum. My company pays 40k a year for insurance and has never had a claim, until a fraudster made a false claim. Instead of investigation, Croft claimworks decided the island where the fraudster lived was “too far” for someone to look onsite and simply honored the fraudsters claim. He even admitted on the phone what he did.
