This is so far the worst experience during a closing. I had the rudest notary person at this place. Her name is Patte Ivie. Patte deserves zero stars. She got one so I can write this review. She expressed poor instructions on how to sign the documents and then scolded me like a child when I signed the way the form was printed. She should be retired from this job. She doesn’t know how to treat people. She has ZERO communications skills. I hope you don’t get her as your notary. She is the worst. Thank you.

Throughout my 5 years in real estate, I have conducted numerous closings with various title companies, and I must say that the lack of responsiveness and efficiency demonstrated by Jennifer Perez is unprecedented. Communication has been a major issue, as it takes weeks for her to respond to emails requesting updates. This prolonged delay in providing essential information is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on the professionalism of your company. I encountered significant challenges when seeking basic information from Ms. Perez. Instead of a prompt and informative response, obtaining even the most straightforward details became a hassle. This has not only caused inconvenience for me but also for my clients, who rightfully expect a higher level of service from a reputable title company. In my years of experience, I have never encountered such a lackadaisical approach to client communication and service. The inefficiency and unresponsiveness displayed by Jennifer Perez have left a lasting negative impression on my perception of Crown Title. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend working with Crown Title to my colleagues or clients. It is essential for a title company to prioritize timely and effective communication, and unfortunately, this has been severely lacking in my recent dealings with your organization. I sincerely hope that Crown Title takes these concerns seriously and addresses the issues within its processes to improve the overall customer experience.
