I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Centex Auto Title.
From the moment I walked in, the front staff were behaving inappropriately, openly having a catty conversation about someone’s appearance and hair right in front of customers. When it was my turn, the clerk assisting me had an irritated attitude from the start.
She told me my paperwork wasn’t approved and refused to process my title. I understand that sometimes paperwork may not meet requirements—but what was frustrating is that she made no real effort to help. When she asked a coworker for assistance, she was advised to call the owner and was even given a possible solution, but she refused to follow that advice.
It’s also important to note: even if my title paperwork couldn’t be approved at that moment, I should have at least been offered a 30-day temporary tag so I could return with the correct documents. Instead, that option was completely refused.
The situation became even more unprofessional in how I was treated. When I asked for my phone back, she slid it across the counter instead of handing it to me. I had already asked her to please hand it to me, and after I spoke up about it, her attitude became worse. She then refused to continue helping me at all.
At that point, she walked away and got the manager. The manager immediately came out with a negative attitude, made assumptions about my situation without properly reviewing my paperwork, and did nothing to de-escalate. Instead, she was dismissive and rude and ultimately told me to leave.
To make matters worse, when I asked for their names, they refused to provide them.
Overall, I was treated with a lack of respect and basic professionalism. It felt like because I was one of the last customers there, they didn’t want to help and chose to deny service instead. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone needing title services.

Fantastic. 1000 times better than going to DMV. There’s usually not much of a wait and the people here are super friendly. I will probably never go back to the DMV if I can get something done here. Crystal in particular is really good and she told me there’s another location in Wells branch which I have not been to. When you get here you go into the little building out in front of the main office and they put you on the waiting list there.
