I’ve never done a negative review before, but I want to share my experience with this escrow company unlike no other escrow company I’ve experienced before. Although I’m sure there are other great employees within this company, the escrow officer our team worked with severely lacked communication. We never heard her voice as her calls always went to her voicemail. It took our Buyers weeks to get any type of acknowledgment from our escrow officer. Our biggest complaint with her was: Lack of Communication Thankfully, we were able to move our transaction over to a local escrow & title company. I believe we can all improve and I hope this was an isolated incident & not indicative of similar experiences with other Buyers.

Not the best experience with this title company. For starters, they scheduled survey to take place AFTER closing & when i asked them to book it before closing, they said they had too many other clients & didn't have the time.... Our escrow officer seemed to always have an attitude depending on the kind of day she had. My client closed at 10am on friday and for some reason that was not enough time for it to fund. My client didn't get the keys until TWO DAYS LATER. She was SO upset with ME even though this was out of my control. Escrow Team took NO responsibility for this nor showed any sympathy for my client which is what upset me the most.
