Worse ever!! I bought a new home last year. The guy who helped me with the first home owner's insurance quote was amazing and I am guessing that he is gone now. When the time for renewal came, they raised 600 dollars on my home owner's insurance. No one from this agency called me to ask if I want to keep this policy or if they should try to shop for a new one. Absolutely worst customer service they have. Especially their renewal representative who never called to confirm if I can pay this additional 600 or not. I still have time to renew the insurance until the 15th of September but they did not care. They sent the renewal bill straight to my mortgage company and they paid for it. Now I have to pay additional money towards escrow. Also, when you will need to place a claim, you will have to talk to this agency, the insurance companies will not talk to the customer. I do not recommend this agency at all. This agency just do not care about their customer's financial status or needs!
