Canceled my policy on oct 9, because cost got higher even without accidents or traffic violations. Then the idiots send me a bill even though I had canceled, I then call to make sure it wasn't going to be charged, they tell me it wouldn't and they still charged me the 533.00, I then called highly upset, they tell me there was a "glitch" and that my money would be expedited in a few days, a few days pass and nothing, I then call again and representative tells me oh it was canceled Nov 11 which it wasn't and tells me we dont expedite refunds, it will be refunded Nov 18. AMAZING. They're kick to take payment but take their time returning it even though they weren't supposed to in the first place. Glad I canceled.
